Went in got vitals and back to the room within 15-30 mins saw the doctor and got blood drawn within 45 mins of being there which is awesome. My complaint isn't with the wait everyone knows when you go to the emergency room youre gonna be there awhile its with the nobody cares attitude. I needed an ultrasound unfortunately for me it was the middle of the night and 3 hours later (after I pushed the call light to ask) I find out ultrasound techs went home for the night and won't come in for my issue. I was life flighted after a horrible work accident, I was barely hanging on 5 broken ribs , a severely punctured lung, a badly broken arm, and crushed chest after being crushed by a 3000 lb overhead crane . By the time my family arrived, I was in medically induced coma and in a ventilator. This hospital and staff saved my life! They were absolutely wonderful, each and everyone of them were more than sympathetic and supportive throughout my entire stay and my extensive painful journey to recovery! I am a survivor because of the determination and skill of the team in this building. They run a team of superior healthcare as their highest priority. Not to compete, but to show true faith and trust in each other as well as the patients. All team members have given me complete comfort and peace in showing me that I will always have someone's support. I express Gratitude to the faithful, Thank you very much.
It took 15 HOURS to get a bed in the ER just to be able to go home. Greg the patient experience guy, though, is a ray of sunshine and was the only redeeming factor of this experience.
Excellent service. Been there for wife and myself.
