Had appointment today with Dr. Ester Deschenes, she is a wonderful doctor ❤️ and very thorough, thoughtful and I just thought her nurse Nuri was amazing! Met Dr. Kim too! I'm originally from Ohio but recently moved back after 40 some years! Glad I found her! Thanks to all! Receptionist to Dr. Overall great experience!! 😃💯
After having a horrible experience at the mercy health in Howland we came to the Youngstown location which we are so happy we did. From the receptionist to the doctor everyone was caring and made you feel welcomed and like you matter. First we seen Danielle O'Donnell our LPN she was amazing she made us laugh and feel like she has known us forever making us feel comfortable being at a new place she is just simply amazing and the best LPN I've met and her note pad is adorable as well.
