No body will answer the call light here. It's two in the morning and everyone is just sitting there doing nothing. Took almost half an hour and we had to go get someone bc no one would come. This place is awful to bring a loved one or your self to. No one in the emergency department is helpful
Despite my husband having chest discomfort and shortness of breath AND his Dr. calling in ahead stating he was sending us directly there, we were in the E.R. waiting room for 7 hours. There definitely needs to be some kind of revamping of this system. However they are running this E.R., it is not working for the good of the patients.
We were given fast, compassionate, attentive care by professionals, from the intake personnel, 2 doctors, 1 nurse, the CAT scan tech, transport, and the registrar! We were treated kindly and with great expertise. We couldn't have asked for more! Thank you all!
I want to thank Donny at intake, my nurse Michelle, both doctors, transport, the CAT scan tech at Mercy Health Boardman for superb care, kindness, and professionalism. today. You made a scary situation calm and let me know everything would be okay. Thank you all!
