The care has been absolutely phenomenal here. I have been here for three days and must say that I am quite impressed with how kind, patient, and attentive the staff is. The rooms in both the l&d and mom & baby units are clean, spacious, and comfortable. They go above and beyond at Mercy Boardman to ensure that patients and their families are taken care of.
I will never ever wanna give birth this facility again. The nurses are rude. They are arrested me when I was nine months pregnant because I accidentally broke a monitor their judgmental. They’re just trashy.
Theirs an urgent need to expand the labor and delivery unit of this hospital, its not large enough to fulfill the needs of the community. I gave two stars because the majority of the nurses have been compassionate and understanding, I understand that they are also human and all have a job to do. Me and my babies medical needs were met and we were well cared for.
