Went in on a Saturday for a 3 hour glucose test. This was one of the only days I could do this test since my husband didn’t have to work and I have a very active 3 year old who wouldn’t have been able to sit there for that long. I signed in and waited to be called for registration then I was denied because I was told that the test takes 4 hours and they would be closed before the 4 hours were up. My first choice for lab work. They willingly draw blood from hand. They've never dug with the needle. Very short wait times. Quick results on My Chart.
Arrived at St Anne's outpatient at 4:43pm and the girl said they're closed. My only day off and my 81 year old mom will have to wait a week because of LAZY WORKERS!!
Always nice and always professional ... the young Afro Am girl did the first draw on me in my life where I never felt ANYTHING!
