Friendly and efficient. Easy access and great hours
Almost an hour just to finish being checked in when being told only 4 people in line. There is a timer for wait time, says 12 minutes. Understandable that things can take longer especially in a healthcare setting.
Diversity strikes at the lab. Hire by color instead of skill in full effect. The lab opens at 7am the woman didn't get there until 8am. She took a patient back at 8:05 then the lady left at 8:30, it doesn't take that long g to draw blood. I had to bounce
They are the best! Fast, friendly, have a riddle every time. It's fun to get your blood drawn!
