Waited for over an hour, receptionist wasn't the nicest and nobody was in any type of hurry to take care of the lobby full of people
Went online and arrange the time to come in for labs today. I had completed my check in online prior to arrival. Got there at 7:45 and sat there for over 45 minutes waiting to have lab draw with only four people in front of me. Had to leave because we had to get to work. Will never return to this location again as I’ve never had to wait that long for blood draw. Others were stating the same in the waiting room.
Literally checked in before 6 people and all of them went before me…no explanation, no apology, nothing. 😕
I don’t believe I’ve ever given a one star review in my life, but I don’t know what else to say. When we came yesterday, it was very confusing to my mom and to me what they wanted us to do. Today, I was patient and waited for an hour to simply do a drop off of my mom‘s urine test, because Lambertville was closed. When I went up to the front to inquire if my name had gotten lost or something. And that my name was not on the screen. I was told I just had to wait.
