Arrived at St Anne's outpatient at 4:43pm and the girl said they're closed. My only day off and my 81 year old mom will have to wait a week because of LAZY WORKERS!!

Almost an hour just to finish being checked in when being told only 4 people in line. There is a timer for wait time, says 12 minutes. Understandable that things can take longer especially in a healthcare setting.
