I’m Leaving the Heart House. My friend just lost her life from a heart cath. She and I had lunch the day before and she was fine. My sisters friend had the same experience. When my 85 year old dad went in for clearance for surgery, the doctor asked why he was going to Soin. My dad explained my brother lost his life at Spfld Regional. The regular staff are great but when you start talking to the drs that's when I feel they are snobby all knowing I've been having issues with my legs/feet they did a study on both legs wanted me wear stalking asked him can get study on them 4 neuropathy he goes u don't have it I go gumb why does my feet feel numb an tingling no answer going some where other than snobby drs

Very disappointed as we have been able to previously make appointments online. My daughter has tried 4-5 times to make an appointment for her routine appointment and echo online (as she has work issues that prevents her from being able to make a phone call). It is unacceptable that a patient says what kind of appointment they need and after 4-5 attempts have been unable to secure one. This is not good access to care and valuing your patients and their health conditions. Didn’t expect this from this group.
