Not interested in new patients. 2-3 months for a first time appt even though they have two doctors accepting
Part two Last week I visited the office to drop off paper work for a job related physical. I was immediately snubbed by not one, but three receptionists whose grimaced faces made me feel as if I overstepped my boundaries by simply walking in the office. This has got to be the world s slowest labs. There needs to be more than just 1 phlebotomist at peek times, especially first thing in the mornings. When I arrive at a lab at 6:45 (15 min. before they open) and there are already 4 people ahead of me and I don t get checked out till after 8am, this is an extreme problem. While Kathy is a good employee, she needs to cut way back on conversations with her customers. Dr. Sharma is unparalleled as a cardiac surgeon. He saved my life. My ascending aorta was falling apart, This caused the displacement of my mitral valve. After thirteen hour surgery, he pulled me through. I should not have survived. Dr. Sharma and his team brought me back from death. Complications related to my aorta required me to have a second (this time elective surgery) trip to the table. It, too was a difficult one. I have enormous trepidations about going to this practice after the disgustingly impersonal manner in which I was treated on the phone. I called only because they left a recorded message instructing me to call to determine if they had received paper work and lab results from a referring physician. And actually, after receiving a ream of paper work with instructions highlighted, I called my physician to make certain this was done, and was told that normally a physician s office will request these results, not the patient. Dr. LaRocque really knows his stuff. I had been having trouble with my thyroid and diabetes. He came in on my treatment and within a few days had everything headed in the right direction. I started feeling better my sugar began to stay within range. I am very happy to have him on my healthcare team.
Great staff and facility. Never have to wait long. The nurses and doctors take great care of everyone. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I have never been to a better doctor practice in my life. Christopher Diatte will be my family doctor for as long as possible as he always diagnosis me correctly every time and takes time to answer any of your questions.
I wish it were possible to give less than one star. This practice is one of the worst I have ever seen. From scheduling through nurses through providers, it was a huge mass of errors. After two visits I am running, not walking, away from this practice. One appointment was over 3 hours long... but not 3 hours of care, no, maybe 30 minutes total with nurses and providers, the rest was waiting. Dr. Bajaj and her staff has always bent pleasant beginning with my first visit four years ago. It is alway a joy going to a doctor offices and being treated with respect. Your concerns and question are answered in a very professional manner. She is definitely a great Doctor with great respect for her patient and a joy to talk with. I would recommend this offices to any one without reservation of then not being treat well. I applauses this great Physician. Thanks for being so caring.
