Dr. Ringwald is the best. He listens well and addresses each question. He explains options and procedures and takes time and doesn’t rush. His staff is wonderful in every way! No waiting. Everything is clean and efficient. Highly recommend this primary practice!
Booked an appt 2 weeks in advance and the “‘my chart “ canceled the appt and never emailed or notified me about the cancellation because I had another medical provider on file. Drove 30 min with a baby that’s a few days old just to be told they can’t see me or him. Next time notify me if you’re going to cancel an appt. It’s zero degrees outside and I just brought a newborn out in the cold for NO reason.
Very polite staff and very clean place I've been with Doctor Ringwald for more than 20+ years. Never had an issue with him or his staff he goes out of his way to help with medications If you cannot afford it he will have samples or give you other options. Usually they can get you in if you're sick the day you call them if not the very next day, I've been to some Doctor's and they're booked out a month them are usually specialty doctors.
