I hold Mercy Health SW in the highest regard in the Mammography Department. This rating has everything to do with Anna G. and the staff at Mercy Health from start to finish. Anna is a true professional with a kind and caring personality. She takes great care to make sure everything goes well under her watch. I am so thankful that Mercy Health SW has the 3D machine which reunited my care with Anna. THANK YOU SO MUCH ANNA G. IT is always a great appointment with you!

The ear, nose and throat Department was absolutely ridiculous. I waited for an hour and still never saw the Dr. I had to leave. That is the most disrespectful thing you can do is not value your patients time. Absolutely unacceptable!!!

doctors were very nice. they listened to my daughter and me. we're very helpful. Nurses were also very nice. overall they were all great. very satisfied

I cannot calmly explain the number of times this office has screwed me over. Your systems are awful, your doctors don't care about their patients, you bill people into oblivion threatening them with collections, your scheduling sucks and the list just goes on. I HATE Mercy Health. 15 years a patient and its finally time I will never recommend a single facility or doctor associated with Mercy health and I will never be seen there again. Garbage, just straight putrid garbage health care.
Anna Gibbons ., the mammogram tech is so kind and makes you relax. She has done my mammograms for the past four years. I am always glad when I see her as I know she will take good care of me. Thank you for the new machines.. much less painful.
