I’d like to start by saying that as an ER physician myself, I rarely review hospitals because I understand patient satisfaction is not always possible with providing competent clinical care. Unfortunately, after receiving the bill for my visit I feel I should let the general public and hospital admin who follows reviews that I received appalling and sub par care recently. Doctor Whalen or Figurski (I'm not sure) was very nice and seem to care and was very helpful.
Walked into ER late on Saturday night, and they saw me right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I happily limped out after a few hours of care. Thanks!
Doctors are rude, they never told me when I could eat and said I couldn’t order no more. They discharged me bc they thought I was leaving with my guardian after I said I don’t live with them multiple times and were just no help at all covers were dirty and I pressed the button for the nurse kid you not came 40 minutes later and I pressed the pain button by far worse first experience would NEVER recommend and js go to Corewell
