Walked into ER late on Saturday night, and they saw me right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I happily limped out after a few hours of care. Thanks!
Doctors are rude, they never told me when I could eat and said I couldn’t order no more. They discharged me bc they thought I was leaving with my guardian after I said I don’t live with them multiple times and were just no help at all covers were dirty and I pressed the button for the nurse kid you not came 40 minutes later and I pressed the pain button by far worse first experience would NEVER recommend and js go to Corewell
worst hospital in Grand Rapids I literally been sitting here since 11 PM and here it is 3 o’clock in the morning and I have not seen one doctor in pain, crying ready to snatch my face off and still haven’t seen a doctor. Worst hospital in Grand Rapids. I would never come here again after tonight
Worst experience ever on 3/5/2025 at 1045am they literally chase a patient out half naked and the nurse refused to even give him a pant and when we asked about patient pants nurse was dismissive and we found out they did not administer any of the medications. Will make sure to report this incompetent staff to every single authority. Truly the level of unethical behavior here is second to none.
