Very poor wait times, too been seen was 7 hrs out ..poor wait times. No care for veterans let alone staff. Do not recommend this place
I have been going to the ER in the city I live for awhile, they have actually helped me twice, but lately they've been treating me like I'm not worth their time. I have been dealing with severe back pain and could barely walk on Sunday. So I decided to try this ER and holy crap. Not only was I in and out in less than 2 hours, but they actually gave me something that helped unlike the other ER who gave me absolutely nothing. I still have pain but it's significantly better than it was on Sunday. So Thank you!
I was well taken care of Here and everyone that I had interactions with were very nice and helpful. You just need to check their website if you can before going so you don't have to wait for so long to be seen.
Yesterday I was on a late night ride on my cycle and I found an unconscious woman in the snow outside of the hospital emergency room. She was face down and not breathing correctly. I immediately went to the emergency room and alerted the security staff. The sense of urgency was rather pitiful. Do better.
