It's a typical emergency room. My husband was brought by ambulance and both of us were told I would be able to go back with him when her got there. I waited about 1/2 hour, then went to ask. Asked again about 15 ish minutes later. Thinking I didn't beat the ambulance by THAT much time. Then I got a text from my husband asking where I was because his mom was back there! Dr. J. Stanley was very rude and dismissive. Doctors who treat patients this way should not be working in the ER, as it can put patients’ health and safety at risk.
Sat for 2hours just to not be seen worse hospital in history GO ELSE WHERE they do not care
3rd shiftER team did not embody the values of Trinity Health.
The ER was able to fit me in Thursday night/Friday morning [EARLY AM] for a triple fracture caused by an assault that had occurred about 28 minutes prior to my arrival. They saw that I was puking (blood as well due to draining from my upper face down throat), part of my cheek was both fractured and was displaced (will require plastic surgery), and that I was dealing with a concussion.
