I rejoined a month ago after quitting membership almost two years ago. My insurance offeres silver sneakers. I can join a few near by gym Unfortunately, only mercyhealthplex can meet my needs. I had neck and lower back surgeries. There are excercises with instructors, that meet my need, are free. The women locker rooms are clean. The showers are wonderful. it's a close and convenient emergency room because that's all it is as an emergency roomending online give you get in there and out fairly quickly unless it's something real serious with you doing that's a different story but it's a nice clean friendly place
