*Updating my 1 star review- I saw my actual Doctor, Dr Dekker and she is amazing. Last time I was here I saw a different doctor who brushed off my concerns about weight loss saying they don't do that here. Dr Dekker heard all of my concerns and gave me actual options on things we could try or do. She made me feel heard. Her nurse Summer was amazing too. The way she carries herself and talks to you, I felt like I've known her forever and we're friends. I can honestly say I like coming here.
I see Rita Decker NP and my children see Dr. Oliveira. I love this practice! I am able to contact our providers any time and always receive prompt help. The nurses and staff are wonderful. I would recommend to anyone!
Waited 40 minutes after our appointment time to be seen. My son had a yearly checkup, when they found out he had a stuffy nose and scratchy throat they refused to do the yearly checkup and only focused on the minor symptoms he had and rescheduled another appointment for the yearly checkup even though we went over all the things we normally do for a yearly at this visit. I'm new to the area. Heard Corwell was better through a relative. I called them and got put on hold for 20 minutes, so I decided to call Trinity. They picked up right away and got an appointment within 3 weeks. Their online patient portal works great and was easy to use. The building itself is modern, comfortable, smells good, and is visually clean. Staff was fast, polite, and super helpful. I went to their bigger building on Sherman today.
