I have been a devoted patient of R. Sirois for many years and while big box pharma has its benefits, I am left disheartened. When Trinity decided to close the Broadway IPC location I lost my PCP and was instructed to wait for further instruction. It’s absurd to me that they will not refill my medications in the interim or going forward without switching to a new doctor. I'll be primary care shopping, staff trained to over talk, interrupt the patient, Pat answer without listening, deliberately escalate the situation, doctors, retrain your staff, or you lose patients to other health care providers and whatever you do, do not, try to reach out to me, with your sanitized approach of " please reach out to us and talk " NOPE, I hope your employees don't get a union, it will only make their behavior worse, fire them now, and learn from this experience

A doctors office that has quality care. I have been having a hard time with doctors as of late. No one wants to listen they just throw medications at everything… not here.. I wasn’t even a patient at this office this morning, but this afternoon I was. About a month ago I quit smoking. The last few days my anxiety had been getting the best of me.
