Mercy's medical group in West Michigan is filled with the best people I've ever worked with. The doctors advocate repeatedly for their patients' needs and admin regularly develops new processes to help pass savings onto our office guests.
We love Dr. Benitez! Great office environment, warm welcome and kind staff!
They discriminate against homeless people. If you're homeless or even resemble homeless don't even think about going here they want NOTHING to do with you!
After four visits, tests upon tests they could not provide any insight or effective treatment for the simplest issue which an educated, experienced doctor solved with a phone call. Very expensive while very mediocre doctors and health clinic.
