No one ever promptly answers the phone… You will wait 15 (plus) minutes on hold and it’s completely unacceptable. They seriously need to do better. It’s crazy how many people don’t answer a phone. You’ll sit in hold for more than 10 minutes almost every time.
We absolutely love doctor Wang she’s been my daughter pediatrician since birth.
