patty is an absolute star - my appointment was last minute cancelled due to a provider's emergency & she followed up and got creative to get me rescheduled (I drive 2 hours from out of town to keep my care here!) THANK YOU PATTY.
They disregarded a court order for ADHD testing and sent a referral for AUD testing instead despite being provided with a copy of the order.
No one ever promptly answers the phone… You will wait 15 (plus) minutes on hold and it’s completely unacceptable. They seriously need to do better. (UPDATE after bringing my daughter in yesterday) THIS OFFICE IS TERRIBLE. It’s crazy how many people don’t answer a phone. You’ll sit in hold for more than 10 minutes almost every time.
