Office employees were great. The PA was great but was NOT impressed with the physician I had AT ALL....
Horrible, rude place. I took my 3 year old here and when they took her BP, they drew blood because the cuff was so tight. I tried to get in for not feeling well and they were incredibly rude and just transferred me back and forth between people. I went in the same day and filled out the paperwork to transfer to a different doctor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
They are awesome!! Been treated there for years.

Love my doctor's office. Their rating should be better but one review was for a smoke shop, not a doctor's office, and the other was by a person who rates almost every doctor in West Michigan with one star. Bear Creek goes out of their way to treat me when I need them to. The doctors are all amazing and treat my family and I well.
