NP Todd is the best. Patient, thorough, kind, remembers past concerns. My husband and I both see him and are driving the extra 40 minutes to continue to do so. Well worth it.
Todd Bierly, is the NP that sees the patients here and I'm giving him this 5 star review. He's very thorough and detailed! Not just your first visit, but every visit! He is definitely one of the best medical providers I have ever seen! Sometimes I think, I don't know what I would do without him!
I asked the staff member for a prescription for my diabetic shoes because they are treating me for diabetes and she took it upon herself to deny me and the same staff member also denied me the opportunity to talk to the office manager. After a few phone calls, my prescription was signed. I wonder if the office manager or the Board of Directors knows that there is a staff member that is going above her paygrade on denying prescriptions.
