I’d like to thank the staff for listening and taking care of my mother’s needs. I told them about my mother’s Alzheimer’s and how important it was for her to be close to the nurses station. She was right outside the nurses station.With her also being a high risk for falls risk they had monitors on her bed and chair which put my mind at ease. The care was exceptional, the food quality was poor. Thank you for listening and going above and beyond to ensure my mothers safety.

You had wonderful nurses and then you had nurses that you would never see. I was at the hospital for 5 days and I felt like no one was really filling me in on the plan to see what was going on with me. I didn’t felt heard with some of my concerns and they would just brush it off like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I had to basically beg for my medication when I was feeling anxious (I have panic attacks) and when I would ask for it it would take over an hour to get.
