Like Mercy Health for the services that offer and great staff. Dr. Gomez takes the time to listen to your concerns. The staff at the lab of Oberlin Primary Care are great also. I never have an issue when they draw my blood. Always painless.
I was taken care of in a timely manner. The nurse practioner had a great demeanor.
Okay so last week I had an appointment, 3 days in a row they call to confirm that I will be at my appointment. The day of my appointment they cancel and say the doc won't be in. So I rescheduled my appointment to today, I happen to be 14 min late when I walk in. The guy at the desk said you have to reschedule, we have a 15 min policy. I looked at my phone and it clicked 15 min late as I was talking to the guy. He literally said ope it's now 15 min late you now have to reschedule.
