The clinic overall has terrible communication skills. I booked a new patient appointment just to get dropped with in minutes from trying to reschedule my appointment. I worked a 12 hour shift the night before due my job needed people to come in. So I went into work. I called to reschedule my appointment and they said they can get me in on Dec 2nd ok cool. Whoever is answering the phones is not very friendly or helpful, and thats if you can even get them to answer. I called to ask them if i was up to date on tetnus shots since i poked a rusty nail. She didn't even ask my name and said no you have never had one. i ask for price, and she says I'll call you back and never did. Meanwhile, i get into my chart and see i clearly had the shot a year ago.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! Run away!!!!!! There are so many better options.
Dr. Hillary Carnell and the members of the staff at Oakley Primary Care are excellent! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and wonderful conversation from the front desk staff. Dr. Carnell is a fantastic doctor that gave me the chance to be heard and was interested in helping me with my personal health issues. She gave me great advice and I would highly recommend this practice.
Dr Cornell is good.. his staff on the other hand is horrible! Spoke to a Raven and Desirae both were rude for no reason, all I was asking was for a refill for my prescription.. Then spoke to a Stephanie who is supposed to be some type of office manager and she was just as rude & more dismissive.
