Been there once. Facility is very clean and tidy. Staff seems friendly enough. Wait time very short which is great. Sent important message via MyChart Wednesday 07/08 about prescription to Erin Stacy Hamilton going on MORE THAN 2 BUSINESS DAYS plus going into weekend with no answer. Not happy at all. I have a cardiologist and rheumatologist through TriHealth who respond within one business day not over 2 business days going into a weekend and no answer in sight.
