My nurse and my provider were both very kind and friendly. I was taken back before my appointment time and I was seen right on time which was great! Overall I was very happy with my visit. I was scheduled incorrectly for my next visit so I had to call and get it sorted out, which is why I took off a star, but the lady who helped me on the phone was also very kind and she fixed my problem! Overall my appointment went very smoothly for it being my first time here and I felt heard by my provider!
Dr. Day and the staff at Mercy Health - Monfort Heights Family Practice are great. Very helpful, friendly and genuinely concerned about your health.
