There hasn't been a good and caring doctor at this practice since Dr. Rupp left
I have nothing but great things to say about Montfort heights medical place staff and the who thing, I have amazing doctor, dr day takes his time to listen to you , he’s very kind, compassionate, I never feel rushed, he helps me with my anxiety, he educated me on my conditions, and he works with me cause I can. The doctors there are great. The medical assistant there are ok, I sat in a room for 30 minutes before because I was misplaced and the next thing I know I was getting a call while in a room wondering where I was at. The office part is terrible. They will cancel appointment without calling you, high wait times to see a doctors, attitudes, etc. But it worth dealing with them to see the doctors in my opinion.
My children’s PCP is Dr Day and they absolutely love coming in for routine check ups and any sick visits along the way. He makes them feel so special and he really listens to any concerns I have.
I am very pleased with the care I've received from Dr. Pomerleau. She takes a lot of time to discuss my situation and recommend options. I never feel rushed. It's made a big difference in my health.
