Took my fiancé to doctor here. And we took our 7 yr old nonverbal autistic son with us. When we were all going back to back to see doctor when they called her name our son was antsy because he’s autistic and the nurse said “IF HE’S GOING TO BE LIKE THIS THEN HE CANNOT GO BACK THE DOCTOR NEEDS TO ONLY FOCUS ON U”. Called to make first time appointment and it was Awful! Apt was set up for wrong location, so missed it. Called to try again and person was horrible with speaking English. Took near an hour to set up a first time appointment. Extremely difficult and Frustrating!
Went to Ashley and she was incredibly rude to me and incredibly uncaring! She also does mostly virtual visits so when you have a problem that needs to seen by a doctor they either make you wait till she’s in office or go to urgent care. The nurse left my door open and I could hear all of the office talk with the patients regarding medications and medical history.
