Was a totally positive experience from first entering the door. Senior volunteers were friendly, check-in was quick & smooth, a few minutes wait til being taken to pre-op, medical staff friendly, caring & informative...highly recommend out-patient services.
First appointment and my appointment was scheduled for 11:15 a.m. per the young lady who scheduled me for today… she stated that “she sees in the system I have another appt same day & since I’m driving from Columbus she would schedule me in reasonable time gap for the same day. Well it’s 11:43 a.m. and I’m still waiting. Next appt is at 12:50 p.m. Receptionist did ask if I want to reschedule but NO I have to work.
