Doctor Cortes and His Staff were wonderful, the nursing staff in ICU unit were very attentive and professional.
Excellent care. I felt at ease with everyone. Attentive and professional.
I was transferred here for surgery and everything was perfect until after shift change, I got a nurse who was not aware I just had surgery, I literally just had my gallbladder removed I was having trouble sleeping and the nurse walks in my room and tells me to lay the bed flat (because I was awake I guess I didn't ask for her help) I do what she said because I assumed she was trying to help but the gas from the surgery made this extremely painful and it felt like my Incisions were tearing open. Have always had good experience and recieved great care here. This hospital is my in-law's "home hospital" - I've spent MANY hours in the waiting room and bedside while they've been here for procedures and surgeries and everyone from ER to doctors and nurses and even orderlies have been terrific every time.
Everyone who took care of me was so nice, friendly, and helpful.
