Went for an outpatient procedure for my son and I have nothing but great things to say! I have never been in mercy up to this point but they walked me through every single step of his procedure, I talked to all the staff involved and all my questions were answered. They were quick and thorough. 100% recommend them and I commend the awesome nurses who made my son feel so comfortable!
