I've going here for several years. Everyone has been very nice and professional. The only problem I had was that a couple times my request for treatment was not sent in when it was supposed to be done.
I took my 2 yr old granddaughter there for a chest x-ray her pedi ordered. The staff told me they could do her x- ray. After filling out all the paperwork, and waiting an hour they tell me both x-ray techs are out to lunch. Which is extremely bad practice to have both techs out for lunch when patients are waiting. Then they tell me they can't do her x-ray. Very bad service, staff not even sure what services they can provide. I will not go back.
HORRIBLE ER!!! If I'm dying in their driveway, let me. I will go home to Jesus. In the early '90's my brother got his thumb caught in some machinery at work and was suspended 15' in the air by said thumb. Skin, cartilage, everything - completely ripped off the bone between the base of his thumb and the first joint. He arrived at Mercy right after midnight (2nd shift). A great doctor and an excellent surgeon. He has really good bedside manners, and is a nice guy. His facial surgery for cancer, left a very small scar, on my 86 year old friend.
Went in barely able to walk with a back injury, the nurse practitioner Bridget looked at me as if I was lying when describing my symptoms. No x-ray no CT scan, just advice to make an appointment with another doctor. Which by the way she had another nurse tell me cause her shift ended and she went home. Was later diagnosed with a ruptured disc at Mercy Anderson, where they actually treated me respectfully and appropriately.
I wouldn't take a dog to this place. Rude, nasty people. Last time I went there, I left and went to University Hospital in Elyria. Had to comment after their latest mistreatment of the family who had a stillbirth. Shut this place down.
The staff is rude and very disrespectful they left me in a room for 2to 3 hours with fluid going into a IV and it was gone my blood was going up the drain line and they acted like it was OK that they didn't check on me and basically told me I was not important never again will I go to this hospital
been with them to long--- have trouble getting prerscriping for new cpap maching ( mine Quit two weeks ago) this is the second time this has happened, since I've been with them!! there won't be a third time, time tofind a new doctor
