I have been going to this Mercy Health office for years as needed, it's been through many changes over the past several years, but they always had a good doctor or CNP who kept me going there. In the past few years, Matt Lazette is a wonderful, very knowledgeable and kind CNP, and currently Dr. Kurt Roecker is the doctor on staff - I just saw him the other day for flu-like symptoms, and I was very impressed with him also. I would recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a primary care doctor. I like that they can get you in within a reasonable about of time for appointments.
The staff is pleasant and professional. Wait times are usually short, but time is taken to answer questions and provide thorough care.
I will never take my daughters anywhere else. I made that mistake the other day. I went out an urgent care closer to my house and the NP was rude as soon as she walked in the room. Left there after a 2 hour wait and came here. Kristen was patient and understanding, as always. She is about the only medical professional that can get my daughter to comply. She is a saint!
Been going to this practice for a little over half a year and this has been the most positive health care experience I've ever had. The staff is really nice, speedy, and efficient. The nurse that draws blood right next door deserves an award for quickest and easiest blood drawing experience ever. Matthew Lazette is a stellar CNP that provides thorough, knowledgeable care & information. You can tell he cares about what does.
