Since my kidney failure in March 2017, I used the Trinity Health - Kentwood lab for years. That is up until the blonde behind the window started working there! She is rude, unfriendly, and was not able to pull up my lab paperwork. After several attempts of debating with her, I stormed out and WILL NEVER RETURN! Very personable and professional, fast service.
I was able to get in and get out very quickly. The lady who drew my blood was very good and quite competent.
Staff was very helpful, handle the difficult patient with compassion and professionalism.
Made an appointment, in and out in a jiffy! Very friendly staff.
