I’ve had multiple positive experiences at this location! The staff is very nice and efficient. I am in and out in 5 minutes or less every visit. Getting your blood drawn is never fun, but they make the experience as quick and easy as possible.
Smoothest experience I've ever had getting blood drawn!
I get really queasy about blood draws, and started to panic during my appointment. The phlebotomists were very kind and reassuring, allowed me to lay down for the blood draw, talked to me through it to distract me, and were patient with letting me stay as long as I needed to make sure I wouldn’t pass out. I can’t say that getting blood drawn ever counts as an exceptional experience, but I will say they have exceptional workers at this lab. Thank you!
I came to the lab on a Saturday morning to get labs for my 6 year old son. My son has anxiety and was very scared. The phlebotomist Juan JM was AMAZING with my son. He made him feel brave and at ease. He continually reassured him and kept telling him how awesome he was doing. Highly recommend going on a Saturday with Jain for kids
