Dudes, I am not exaggerating when I say that the women in this lab are some of the best blood drawers in the world. In and out five minutes and I didn’t even feel the prick of the needle. Shay and crew were amazing
I just used this Mercy Health - Kings Mills Lab Services for the first time. Shay answered the phones and she signed me in, put me in the computer, made a copy of my insurance card and drew my labs, I felt nothing and she had me bandaged and back out the door in less than 5 minutes from when I walked in!!! So kind and polite throughout! Shay you're an absolute gem!!!
I had an amazing experience with Shay, the lovely lady who took care of me. She was incredibly professional, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Shay explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and had such a calm, friendly presence that it immediately put me at ease. The draw was quick and virtually painless — truly the best experience I’ve ever had. If you have the chance to see Shay, you’re in great hands!
We moved to the area last year and this is the first blood draw I have needed. Sad, but true that I fear needles so I kind of need things to go smoothly. Showed up. Said good morning and the woman mumbled something and left. We stood there for a few minutes and wondered what to do. Signed in and sat down. 10 minutes later and no one. Nervousness got to me and fear that she’s the one drawing blood scared me (sure childish- but no service is no good either) I came to this one- not the closest- because of the great reviews….
