Lab access complaint! Dr visit went great. West end of building after entering main entrance center of building. Mobility issues, so I use rollator to get around. Lab (for urine test) next. I must leave building walk using my rollator outside in 90⁰ heat down side of driveway (no sidewalk or shade) to far east.end of building. Wrestle with my rollator to get into lab through big glass door (no automatic entrance). We feel like the receptionist on second floor always wants to give a hard time for us to see a doctor ahe is not helpful at all and she uses “protocols” to justify her unwillingness to help. If not that, then Mercy Health is thinking too high of themselves and their policies are reflecting the “pick and choose” attitudes when caring for others. Unfortunately, there are some good people working there but the balance amount bad employees or not properly trained employees when dealing with the public is off.
I see Dr. Adams and she’s the best I’ve ever come across. She’s extremely thorough with everything and I love it. Puts all my concerns and worries to ease! I’ve also seen Dr.Martin , when Adams wasn’t available and he was excellent as well! Would recommend both & this place as a whole.
Dr. Martin is excellent. He is easy to speak to and incredibly knowledgeable. Yesterday was my second time seeing him, but I can honestly say I have confidence in the care he will provide to me in the future.
