Made me feel like I was not important. I drove 40 minutes to have my procedure. They canceled 15 minutes before the procedure was to take place rescheduled me for the following day and then called me and told me that there were more important surgeries to take care of very disappointed in the way I was treated at this place.
Surgery was alright. Didn’t fix my issue. People at the front desk during check in were eating snacks in front of everyone to see while checking in for surgery- people who are checking in for surgery are fasting and thirsty. Kinda disrespectful if you ask me. The anesthesiologist also likes to stand on his podium and lecture you about every little thing while he can’t even remember to sign notes. And the nurse prior to surgery bruised me up pretty badly. Wouldn’t recommend.
