They cancelled 3 times in a row on me! The last time they didn't even call and I live a half hour away! The other times they called just an hour before my appointment. My son is almost 15 months and has yet to have his 12 month appointment. DO NOT GO HERE! I'm finding a new doctor asap!
Our family and I just relocated to Cincinnati from another state. Our 5 yr old son became sick this week. I familiarize myself with the doctors in our area and hoped to make this pediatric office OUR doctor's office. Today I was told he wouldn't be able to be seen for a month because he was not an "established patient." HOW SAD IS THAT? Springdale-Mason Pediatrics had no problem getting him in. This family of 5 now has a new doctor's office.
