Recommendedclean facility and generally good variety of machines, free weights, and cardio equipment. pool facilities are good with lap pool and separate therapy pool. locker facilities are very nice and kept well stocked with house towels and grooming supplies. sauna, steam room, and hot tubs located in men's and women's locker rooms, so no coed use after a workout with opposite sex spouse or partner. could also benefit from a lazy river for use as water walking therapy. overall not bad, although somewhat pricey. 4 out of 5.
I had a appointment at 0800 on the 29th but the office was closed so much for getting my PT done. I guess I was not important enough for them
Nice facility as it was when it was the healthy living center just a lot of senior citizens go here it would be nice to work out with people my age nothing they can do about that I guess.

Staff and instructors I have taken classes from-Staci, Lesa, Angel are wonderful, love the clean facility, the warm water exercise pool and steam room. I look forward to being able to take more classes!
Knowledgeable, helpful staff with medical backgrounds, inclusive to all ability levels, wonderful amenities like steam sauna whirlpool. Aqua Bootcamp with Staci is the most fun you’ll ever have while working out 🙂🙂
So clean and well maintained! Instructors have all been awesome. Everyone is very kind and helpful, including other gym members. You don't feel self conscious here, there's people of all shapes and abilities. My only complaint is the high prices for monthly memberships. And that the water fountains could have colder water.
Staff is great, facility is clean & great atmosphere for workouts!
