Facility and staff are the best! Very clean and respectful. Been a member for almost two years and absolutely love it! Work with Lesa on training and she is encouraging and motivating! A great combination!
Be aware that even though Covid is still in Polk County if you have a membership with Mercy they will continue to Bill your credit card even if you are not using the facility. I was billed for two months because I did not continually call the facility to put my membership on hold. Totally dissatisfied with customer service at Mercy Fitness Center.

I love the tai chi classes!
Where is Ai Chi? I started at Mercy three years ago because of Ai Chi. Please it back along with Chelsea as the leader!
Variety of classes and they have steam rooms. Very clean facility.
