I love this place I have no problem with anyone at this practice
Absolutely terrible patient care by Dr Thapa. Misdiagnosed & completely ignored patients concerns. Should not be licensed.
My 80 year old mother's THIRD appointment there they asked to SEE her ID, BUT THEY DIDN'T LOOK AT IT, THEY SCANNED OR COPIED IT instead without asking her, she has the right to refuse but she wasn't told, plus why do you ask a 80 year old the year and month that she retired, from now on I will make sure My mom or dad leaves there IDs at home. Because of identity theft !!!
100% would not go here. They will stereotype you as a drug addict if you have free health care. They will not look at your medical records. They will just push random pills that don’t do anything to help. There phone calls are not recorded so they can pick and choose what they put in your medical records.The second you call them out for anything they will cancel your appointment the day of. Just don’t go here they are worthless.
