Every aspect of my experience was extremely bad I did not receive a call the day before my surgery my surgery ran 1 hour late everyone had an excuse for negligence and that's exactly what it was when I woke up my doctor was not there to talk to me at check in the lady was extremely rude
My podiatrist, Dr. Kiehl, other doctors, nurses, anesthesiologist, everyone was very polite, explained everything, loved them all. When getting stuck in my hand with an iv but was so dehydrated that they had to go in my arm which had my anxiety so bad, I could not help it, they even helped me with that which I was so grateful for. Dr. Kiehl did an amazing job with his staff by his side to figure out a different approach while I was under due to my bones being too thin. As we walked in to check my husband in the employee was rude, no personaility. When people come in they're already nervous as it is. They don't make the patient feel comfortable at all! The job position your in, they may need to have some classes on senseitivity. First had I known that my husband was having the procedure through Mercy Health Partners we wouldn't be here.
