Jason does not listen to patients. Told him one of my meds made me depressed changed for a while then tried to put me back on same medication. Fired him a my doctor and her pulled the "you can't fire me I quit" card ad made it so I could no longer contact him on mychart.
My initial experience with a doctor there was OK. But when I got a killer sinus infection she is on maternity leave. I've had sinus infections all of my life- so I'm all too familiar with them. They don't go away without the appropriate antibiotic. With my regular doctor gone they threw me to the wolves. I had to see "nurse practitioners ". They acted like they have never heard of a sinus infection and treated me like i was trying to score drugs. Really nice facility, very quickly seen with appointment and accepting new patients.
Husband started going here after his pcp had switched practices. He's had 1 appointment, had blood tests, and from there has been left in limbo. We got a call at the end of Oct. stating his thyroid levels were low to which we had to once again reiterate that he had a thyroidectomy in 2021 and no longer has any thyroid. From there, he's been trying to contact the office multiple times on whether or not the Dr was going to raise his thyroid meds or keep them the same. Dr went on vacation. The Doctors are great, but good luck getting your refills on time. Front desk does a good job of not caring if your medications run out also.
