Like others have said, most of the staff here is good but Dr. Hijazi is terrible. I've been going here for a few years and it's usually the same thing every time. She walks in and is visibly angry, she won't answer questions, cuts people off mid-conversation, acts like you're bothering her the whole time, and doesn't take your feedback seriously. She also always rushes through and doesn't take great notes, so she's usually confused during followups and then gets mad about it. Don't waste your time.
The very worse phone system ever. Re-routed to hell and back, on hold for 15 minutes, someone answered and said ‘Sorry’ and hung up on m .
I'm blown away right now about this place! I am in need of a family doctor because I don't have one and I need a place to send any test results to or if I'm sick I need a family doctor that can help. Basically I just needed to have one to have one so I look on my insurance website and find this place so I call because the website is terrible to navigate and my call is answered by what I believe is a call center located in India, cool no problem do what you have to do I have no problem with indians other than their typically ... read more
