I have been going to Mercy Fairfield for 20 years now and have never once had a problem there with doctors, nurses, or staff. For 20 years everyone has always been friendly to me and they even greet me by name when I come in for a visit.
This practice sucks. If you seek a second opinion, they will terminate you from the practice. Be aware!!!! Don’t take charge or your health because this practice gets offended if you are you own advocate! Horrible office.
Jason does not listen to patients. Told him one of my meds made me depressed changed for a while then tried to put me back on same medication. Fired him a my doctor and her pulled the "you can't fire me I quit" card ad made it so I could no longer contact him on mychart.
My initial experience with a doctor there was OK. But when I got a killer sinus infection she is on maternity leave. I've had sinus infections all of my life- so I'm all too familiar with them. They don't go away without the appropriate antibiotic. With my regular doctor gone they threw me to the wolves. I had to see "nurse practitioners ". They acted like they have never heard of a sinus infection and treated me like i was trying to score drugs.
