Mercy Fairfield's Covid floor 2021, was nothing but a slaughter house. Don't know where these nurses and doctors learned how to chart, but a 2 year old could do a better job. They covered up the fact that a nurse lied about her name, and was told not to put vent on my husband, but she did it anyway, because she was pissed off she had to work the covid floor. Makes me wonder how many other patients were mistreated and abused that night. And unfortunately she is still handling patients. It is a shame staff knew about this... read more

Janetta the lead housekeeper is racist and very rude to the housekeepers. I seen her and the way she acts with Caucasian’s and African Americans and it’s a world of difference she needs to be fired. Never seen someone like that. She is very disrespectful. If I could give a 0 I would

This hospital is the worst. When I went there after reviving the second covid vaccine they told me to stop crying and what I was feeling is normal. I was very dizzy and couldn’t stand. I have had this before so it wasn’t the vaccine. I felt very bad and they disregarded how I felt. I hate this hospital and they need to learn better hospitality and to actually listen and care for their patients.
