I have NEVER in my life struggled to get ahold of an office ever!! I have called the number associated with this specific office an abundant amount of times and NOBODY ever answers the call!! I go online to schedule and of course the online scheduler doesn’t work. Try calling the my chart help desk, and they are useless as they give me the number to the central scheduling office. They then send me directly back to the same automated message that runs me through the SAME program and proceeded to get me absolutely nowhere! How... read more
Once I entered the office for my appointment it was good. The wait time to be called back to see the doctor was minimal. The nurse was very knowledgeable and polite. Dr. Malone was kind and explained everything to me so that I could understand. He didn't rush me along. I will recommend this office if someone is in need. Thank you for making my first visit Good.
Awesome care and so supportive and understanding. So glad for this new medical facility in Enon.
