Never works with the patients. Some of us come from awhile away and even call saynig we are on the way and still arent seen. Poor patient care as well.
the blonde front desk lady was very rude as i was late and tried calling 5 times to let them know i was going to be late. her response was that it’s hard to answer the phone when theyre busy and the lobby was completely empty. just saying there’s no need for the rude attitude when i tried calling many times and you don’t answer :)
