Well I had my second nerve block done,and let me tell you these ladies did not disappoint. Julie,Lori,Bobbi,Lorraine, Mindy,Amy,Alison,Jamie,Heather,Danielle,and Diane. I was in so much pain when I arrived I could barely catch a breath. They brought me a vomit bag (because of pain,not sick) They helped me out of the chair in the waiting room. I cannot say enough good things about the Eastgate Surgery Center. We had such a wonderful experience. Everyone was genuinely friendly, helpful, understanding and even joked with us. They never seemed bothered when we had questions. The whole vibe was positive and upbeat. My son made the observation that not only were they nice to the patients and their families but they were also smiling and nice to each other. Everyone at this facility was friendly, courteous and engaging and they made my surgical procedure as easy as possible. I would recommend to anyone.

I've had surgery twice at the Eastgate Surgery Center. Everyone that I came into contact with was friendly, polite, kind, respectful and compassionate. Preserving a patient's dignity and making them as comfortable as possible is important to them. I would definitely recommend Mercy Health Eastgate Surgery Center .

October 29, 2020. Worst experience ever! Had a lumbar steroid epidural, which actually went great. However when recovery was sending me home I told the nurse that I had no feeling at all in my right leg and that I was woozy. She proceeded to get me a wheelchair. Upon exiting the building the nurse was helping to get me into the car when I fell. The nurse tried to help but my son had to come around and hold me off the ground.
