My cousin went to this practice for a broken big toe. They took an X-Ray on a Friday and didn't have results until Thursday. When he called for results he was told it would take anywhere from 72 hours to 7 days depending on where they sent it. (They couldn't tell him where it was sent). I tracked the x-ray down. It is ridiculous to have to wait that long for results. Also website says open till 8 yet recording says they close at 5. Get it together Mercy Health.
Went to see a dr aaron schklar about a persistent sore throat (I'm talking pain for three days and I can barely swallow) and he completely dismissed my request for medical help and told me to go drink some "honey water." When I told him if that was all I needed I wouldn't be there, he told me to "find another doctor." I'm 51 years old and know when my body needs antibiotics. I've never been wrong. Never.
