They were very nice... No complaints
I’ve been a patient here for many years. I’m very impressed with each member of the staff. The nurses and doctors listen to you and work for you to give the best possible care. One thing I find most appealing is they look to the root cause of the illness and treat that moreover just treating the symptoms.
No issues with the doctors/ physicians themselves but the lady who’s taking appointments over the phone is extremely short and rude. I’m not a doctor so my questions are valid. I wanted to get an understanding of when to follow up with my primary physician after a pretty traumatic accident and before getting my question out, She cut me off. I continued with my question and after was told “I can’t answer that” I mean just super short .
