The scheduling department was extremely rude and impersonal when I called. Not helpful what so ever and honestly makes me want to change my health care provider.
Friendly and professional. It's a very caring and supportive atmosphere and even though they deal with breast care all day, every day they somehow manage to make you feel as if your situation is important and unique. Every single person I encounter is kind and compassionate. Even the gowns are good!
Great caring staff. Very knowledgeable and never waiting long.
