I'm not sure why Google is posting this under my husband's name, but I wanted to share my experience today getting a mammogram. I was very pleased to realize that they offered free valet parking. I get super nervous parking in hospital lots, parking structures and such. I didn't get the guys name but he was young he greeted me with a smile and was quick to retrieve my car when I was finished. The scheduling department was extremely rude and impersonal when I called. Not helpful what so ever and honestly makes me want to change my health care provider.
Friendly and professional. It's a very caring and supportive atmosphere and even though they deal with breast care all day, every day they somehow manage to make you feel as if your situation is important and unique. Every single person I encounter is kind and compassionate. Even the gowns are good!
