All the marketing materials for this hospital tout Christian care and compassion. Our daughter recently had a baby at their Anderson location on Cincinnati’s southeast side. While the doctors and nursing staff were outstanding the administration’s policies and rules for visitation and being with your loved one during labor and surgery were inconsiderate at best. My Experience with trying to get a MRi was Horrible I'm a big Guy and the Tech should have known I would not fit comfortably in the torture tunnel.the start of the procedure knowing by them I was a big Guy with disabilities. I was not offered any help to get laid down on the table so I hit hard on the Surface hurting my neck in the fixture that your neck goes in. they need to ask more questions about someone's condition and have more staff to help in certain cases I was basically jammed in that tunnel in an uncomfortable po... read more

My cousin went to this practice for a broken big toe. They took an X-Ray on a Friday and didn't have results until Thursday. When he called for results he was told it would take anywhere from 72 hours to 7 days depending on where they sent it. (They couldn't tell him where it was sent). I tracked the x-ray down. It is ridiculous to have to wait that long for results. Also website says open till 8 yet recording says they close at 5. Get it together Mercy Health.

this is my second bad review the first one was about 6 mont ago I go there again because the manager called and apologized for what happen before and the 1 minute from my house I’m like I will go there again maybe it’s little better now I walk in I was the only one I take a seat for about 10 minutes she calls my name take all my info takes me to the back I was there for 45 minutes just sitting there waiting and waiting no one came to help me I just op the door and walked out this is by far the worst urge care in Toledo do no... read more

Mercy Fairfield's Covid floor 2021, was nothing but a slaughter house. Don't know where these nurses and doctors learned how to chart, but a 2 year old could do a better job. They covered up the fact that a nurse lied about her name, and was told not to put vent on my husband, but she did it anyway, because she was pissed off she had to work the covid floor. Makes me wonder how many other patients were mistreated and abused that night. And unfortunately she is still handling patients. It is a shame staff knew about this... read more

Everything was fine UNTIL the nurse tried to draw blood for testing and to insert an IV for contrast in a scan. After 3 attempts in 3 different spots on one arm and "no good sample" and an attempt at flushing that may have blown a vessel (arm still sore and somewhat discolored 2 weeks later) she went to the other arm and finally got what she needed. I had a Cardiac Stress test at Jewish last week and it was a terrible experience! First of all, the entire facility is dirty, run down and in desperate need of remodeling. But worse than that, their staff is incompetent and their equipment is old and obsolete. The tech performing the test didn't even know how to take my blood pressure. She put the cuff on my lower arm (below the elbow) to take it and then told me I had high BP (215/110). If I could give zero stars I would. The emergency room "staff" is grossly under qualified to make the assessments they do. A nurse practitioner did my intake had numerous errors in the facts of my case and apparently made assumptions only an unqualified and undereducated individual would do. Not only was Rory Connolly lacking in knowledge, he has no empathy or compassion getting extremely annoyed when I did not answer his questions the way he thought I should. Had a health emergency do we went to clermont county Ohio hospital. We were only the 2nd person in the emergency room and it is hours and we still have not been seen.. I thought this was an emergency room inside a hospital. I do not under stand why this emergency room take so long to see people in an emergency. I thought a emergency was something that should be fast. I will never come to this emergency room again for help. I will drive 100 miles away before I come here.
