Had a health emergency do we went to clermont county Ohio hospital. We were only the 2nd person in the emergency room and it is hours and we still have not been seen.. I thought this was an emergency room inside a hospital. I do not under stand why this emergency room take so long to see people in an emergency. I thought a emergency was something that should be fast. I will never come to this emergency room again for help. I will drive 100 miles away before I come here. I had to have routine blood work done. I went to Mercy clermont county ohio. When checking at receptionist desk, i was told that my "estimate" charges for the blood work would be ~$190 and this needed to be paid to get my blood work done. They said they contacted my insurance company United Health Care and this is what I owed. And if I paid them right away they would give me 20% off the $190. So i paid mercy $150. . The cardiologist is a joke the staff are condescending and rude to patients I would not go there except maybe for a few minutes for check up even that doctor gives you false diagnoses and waiting time and release timing are horrible at best food unfit for human consumption. AVOID GOING TO CLERMONT MERCY AT ALL COST.

I understand having a wait in an ER, but at least communicate with the people that are waiting. Plus, why would you have registration come around AFTER you have been seen to sign consent forms. If you happen to question any of this, you get rude, unprofessional comments.
