Was in and out within 30 mins. Staff and Provider that saw me were very nice
If I could leave 0stars I would. It’s been over 1 week since I sent a message to my doctor. I haven’t received a response. I have tried calling to get someone to speak can’t get to the office I need to have someone give me a call back. Today I got a hold of someone and was immediately told after explaining my situation that I need to just deal with it. And the doctor was doing me a favor by helping me. I will be seeking legal action! Don’t go here unless you want to be demoralized as a person.

How ridiculous that they wouldn't do the blood work my podiatrist ordered because he isn't a Mercy Health Dr? Who cares as long as my insurance pays
Steer clear of Dr. Andi. I went to the walk in clinic today for a possible foot infection and swelling. My doctor was on vacation and I did a virtual visit the night before and the doctor recommended I seek out medical attention because he wasnt sure what it was either bacteria or an arthritic issue. She was so dismissive, told me she couldnt help me, denied it was a foot infection. She said " Im not giving you narcotics".
