Took an at home test for flu/covid because I'm very sick. No medication over the counter is working. Immediately came back as covid so headed here for confirmation for work and some medication to help ease my symptoms. Right away the nurse was rude and dismissive. She didn't call my name in the waiting room she just peeked her head out and said, "Come on lets go" or something to that effect. I’ve been to this location multiple times over the years because they are fast and close to my home. While the nurses are usually pleasant, the Drs on the other hand are horrible. I’ve never felt more dismissed by a Dr than I have there and it’s every Dr I’ve seen. The other negative reviews mention the drs demeanors and now I see that it’s not just a me issue. my doctor of 17 years retired without notice or providing referrals. I could not find a new Primary right away and I hadn't had my blood pressure meds in months. I went here, that female nurse has the personality of a roller derby villain. She did not listen and was condescending. She had me fuming and THEN took my blood pressure Thed doc comes in and tells me to go to hospital beause my BP is so high that I may have a stroke. I don’t typically leave reviews but the female nurse and doctor here were incredibly rude when I came in February. I’ve never been treated so poorly in any setting let alone by a healthcare provider. I would recommend another location.
