Another clown collection just like all the other hospitals around. I was sent here by a doctor because they said my potassium level was very dangerously high he said I had to get here right away to get put on an IV I've been here 6 hours and they have not done anything yet!
Care wise they've definitely went down hill. 5 years ago I gave them a 5 star review. Awful service. You can't be in a profession like this if you treat people poorly. Disgusting business. The nurse attending was awful, the Dr. Attending wasn't great either. Didn't listen to any of my symptoms. Better luck elsewhere.
My young adult son went here for tachycardia and slight chest pain on 05/21/25. The medical assistant that took his vitals made him feel like an inconvenience. She did not inform him of what she was doing (echocardiogram) just told him to lift his shirt. She was rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process.
Took an at home test for flu/covid because I'm very sick. No medication over the counter is working. Immediately came back as covid so headed here for confirmation for work and some medication to help ease my symptoms. Right away the nurse was rude and dismissive. She didn't call my name in the waiting room she just peeked her head out and said, "Come on lets go" or something to that effect.
